Hello everyone. Due to an unprecedented and unfortunate increase in no-shows and last-minute appointment cancellations, we are implementing some new appointment policies. These policies will officially come into effect on Monday, October 9.
-All surgical appointments, regardless of client status, will require a $75 non-refundable deposit; the deposit is applied to the cost of the appointment, and in the event of a cancellation or no-show the deposit will be kept as a retainer fee.
-All same day appointments, regardless of client status, will require a $25 non-refundable deposit; the deposit is applied to the cost of the appointment, and in the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be kept as a retainer fee.
-New clients will be requires to put down a $25 non-refundable deposit for their first appointment; the deposit is applied to the cost of the appointment, and in the event of a cancellation or no-show, the deposit will be kept as a retainer fee.
-Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in a $25 charge
-Cancellation of a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 cancellation charge
-No-shows and last-minute cancellations will be required to put down a $25 deposit for future appointments
